1. Purpose
    This competition aims to promote an innovative and entrepreneurial culture on campus, encourage colleges and universities to enhance their entrepreneurial environments, and integrate school incubation resources. It provides a practical platform and support for young entrepreneurs, cultivating talent with entrepreneurial spirit and supporting student startups in practice.

2. Competition Format & Timeline
    The competition will be conducted in two stages: preliminary and final rounds. Key dates are as follows:

• Preliminary Document Submission: Now until Friday, September 26, 2025
• Announcement of Finalists: Friday, October 3, 2025
• Final Presentation Submission Deadline: Thursday, October 16, 2025
• Final Competition and Award Ceremony: Thursday, October 23, 2025
