Companies Graduation & Eviction

Graduation Process

1.Companies qualify for graduation if they outgrow SME standards, can self-develop post-residency, or have other special reasons.

2.Graduation requires submitting a report and is subject to review approval.

3.Graduates must restore space, complete inventory, and settle payments to receive a consent letter. Non-compliance may lead to forced move-out and loss of rights.

4.The center provides consulting services for two years post-graduation.

5.Listed Companies with a feedback plan may receive bonuses within five years of settlement.

Eviction Criteria

1.Companies may face eviction for illegal activities, project-plan discrepancies, contract violations, overdue payments, or other significant events.

2.Violations are reviewed by a committee, and Companies have a chance to explain.

3.Confirmed violations result in a written eviction notice.

4.Evicted Companies must restore space, complete inventory, and clear payments within 30 days. Failure to comply can lead to forced move-out and deposit forfeiture.
