1. Applications can be submitted anytime with the fee.

2. First-come, first-served review principle.

3. Preliminary review to check documents and request additional information if needed.

4. Review meeting will be convened within 30 days after preliminary review.

5. Applicants may attend the meeting for a presentation but must avoid the decision-making process.

6. Applicants have 7 days to provide supplementary information if required.

7. Approved cases will be reported to the MCUT president, and, upon approval, the company will be notified to move in.

8. The company must sign the contract within 15 days of notification, or it will be considered a waiver.

1. Initial contract for a maximum of two years, extendable based on project needs.

2. The company must sign an incubation contract and comply with the center's operational management regulations.
