Application for Incubation
Eligibility | Any R&D team or domestic business incorporated in Taiwan that meets the Local Small Business Verification Standards, fostering product innovation, or technological research and development (R&D) are welcome to apply. |
Required Documents |
1. Application form 2. Business plan 3. Consent for review 4. Copy of business registration certificate or company establishment registration form 5. Application Fee | NT$3,000 per case |
Review Process |
1. Applications can be submitted anytime with the fee. 2. First-come, first-served review principle. 3. Preliminary review to check documents and request additional information if needed. 4. Review meeting will be convened within 30 days after preliminary review. 5. Applicants may attend the meeting for a presentation but must avoid the decision-making process. 6. Applicants have 7 days to provide supplementary information if required. 7. Approved cases will be reported to the MCUT president, and, upon approval, the company will be notified to move in. 8. The company must sign the contract within 15 days of notification, or it will be considered a waiver. |
Review Criteria |
1. Eligibility and background 2. Business motivation and vision 3. Soundness of company structure 4. Innovation, specificity, and economic benefits of core technology, products, or services 5. Feasibility and flexibility of the business plan 6. Planning and control of business progress 7. Overall capital needs and financial capacity within three years 8. Comprehensive evaluation of support needs |
Contract Signing |
1. Initial contract for a maximum of two years, extendable based on project needs. 2. The company must sign an incubation contract and comply with the center's operational management regulations. |
