I. This selection is conducted in accordance with the 2025 (Year 114 of the ROC calendar) New Taipei City Learning-Oriented Enterprise Selection Implementation Plan.

II. To encourage enterprises in New Taipei City that demonstrate excellence in fostering a learning culture within their organizations, and in line with the New Taipei City Learning-Oriented City Project, this selection aims to promote quality corporate learning cultures and build New Taipei into a sustainable, learning-oriented city.

III. The selection plan is summarized as follows:

    (1) Eligibility Requirements:

1. The enterprise must be legally registered (company, business, or factory registration) and headquartered in New Taipei City.

2. The enterprise must have sound financial standing and no outstanding tax payments for the most recent year (2024).

3. The enterprise or its representatives must not have been involved in any major disputes or social controversies in the past year.

4. The company must have been legally established and continuously operated for at least 3 years as of the application date.

5. Previous winners of the "New Taipei City Learning-Oriented Enterprise" award may apply again, but must include a description of innovations or improvements compared to their prior submission.

    (2) Evaluation Criteria:
     Vision and planning, resource investment, strategic implementation, and outcome effectiveness.

    (3) Number of Awards:
    Up to 10 enterprises may be selected, subject to final decision by the selection committee.

    (4) Application Deadline:
    From now until September 30, 2025.

    (5) Submission Method:
    Please submit application documents by post to the New Taipei City Lifelong Learning Resource Center (Address: No. 36, Anzhong Rd., Xindian Dist., New Taipei City 231055).
    Mark the envelope with "2025 New Taipei City Learning-Oriented Enterprise Selection".
    Submissions must include both a hard copy and an electronic file. The postmark will serve as proof of timely submission. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted. Submitted documents will not be returned.

    (6) Awards:
    The list of winners will be announced before October 31, 2025 (Friday). An award ceremony will be held at a later date.
    Winning enterprises will receive a "2025 New Taipei City Learning-Oriented Enterprise Award" trophy and be featured in media reports, highlighting their contributions to New Taipei’s learning-oriented city development and promoting the culture of learning within enterprises. Winning companies will serve as role models in corporate learning excellence.
