1. This competition is being jointly organized for the first time by nine domestic railway system operators. Through cross-agency data integration and an open call for proposals, the competition aims to gather professional perspectives from the public, academia, and industry to collaboratively address key issues such as railway safety, smart operations, and sustainable development.

The innovative ideas proposed by participating teams may be transformed into solutions that support decision-making for railway operators or enhance public service experiences. The initiative also seeks to effectively bridge the gap between policy planning and real-world needs, serving as an important reference for future policy improvements and operational optimization.

2. The registration period for the competition is from May 4, 2026 to 5:00 p.m., July 31, 2026.
