1. This event incorporates the spirit of a Hackathon competition combined with professional training courses. Young participants with entrepreneurial achievements or competition experience are invited to brainstorm and solve challenges on the spot using “Hualien Big Data.” Through this intensive 3-day, 2-night boot camp, the program aims to effectively connect local industry resources, refine startup concepts, and promote the practical implementation of innovative solutions through mentorship from industry experts and an MVP CEO mechanism, ultimately attracting talent to establish roots in Hualien.

2. Competition Highlights (Please refer to the attached guidelines for details)

(1) Eligibility: Young individuals aged 18 to 45 are eligible to apply. Applicants with data analysis skills or entrepreneurial potential will be given priority consideration.

(2) Awards: A total of four winning teams are expected to be selected, including:

• Gold Award

• Silver Award

• Bronze Award

• Special Award

    The competition offers a total prize pool of NT$350,000, along with implementation incentive funding of up to NT$800,000.
